I’m a Realtor and a CPA, and that combination changes how I work with clients. Buying or selling real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make. I bring a CPA’s eye for the numbers, cash flow, tax implications, true cost of ownership, together with a Realtor’s feel for neighborhoods, timing, and what makes a house a home. Whether you’re searching for the place where your family will grow up, or you’re building a portfolio of investment properties, I look at both sides of the equation: does this make financial sense, and does it feel right? I work with two kinds of clients, homebuyers/sellers and investors, often the same person at different points in their life. I love this work because I get to be there for two of the biggest moments in a client’s life: finding the home they’ll build a life in, and finding the property that starts building their wealth. Helping people succeed, really succeed, not just close a deal, is what keeps me doing this.
